hallo! school was ok la, watched some chi movie which was ok, i could understand surprisingly haha, actually it was quite nice but geoffrey and some guys behind were making retarded comments la, dumb till it became funni.

anyway, this morning i was doing QT, on the train, quite a shabby one but to my surprise, i realli felt the Word speak to me. i mean like in each and everyone of us lies those insecurities, tht fear, but we realli dun have to.

there were 4 parts tht i guess we all need to realise

1) we need to live in faith- by understanding tht if we live boldly, live by the Word of God, ultimately every trouble, every obstacle we face, we can overcome it. when Abraham was asked to sacrifice his son Isaac, he did it in faith. he rose early, he did not try to drag anything, he lived a life of obedience. when his son asked "Look, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?" Abraham replied "My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering." I guess indeed such faith, not in words but in actions is something we realli should live by, believing tht Gods gonna take us thru the valley of the shadow of death!

2) God is our provider- sometimes God asks us to do things tht seem weird to us or things tht seem just so hard. Like God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son, but how many of us know tht with God around, everything will work out for the good of those who love him! amen! so i read on and in Gen 22:13- 14 "Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, 'In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided.'" We learn tht God's ways are higher den ours, thts y all the wise men in the bible never realli understood how God worked but we noe tht he is God whos love is everlasting tht neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the his love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord!

3) God is our comforter- later on, a couple of chapters down, we learnt tht Isaac's mum Sarah had passed away, also, one of the servants was also sent to get Isaac a bride, due to God's amazing arrangements, wad was spoken to the servant, wad he was told came to pass. Indeed God provided Isaac a bride and the Word says "Then Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent; and he took Rebekah and she became his wife, and he loved her. So Isaac was comforted after his mother’s death." We realise tht when we r down, God so rawks! He always allows someone to "happen" to come into our lives to change it all. Sometimes even just praying in the spirit is so edifying.

4) God is our planner- when Jesus and 4 of his disciples up to the mountain of transfiguration, the disciples saw Moses and Elijah and heard the voice of God, Jesus told them to "Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man is risen from the dead." So sometimes we r taken into the slice of eternity, shown a purpose and plan, let us understand tht everything is predestined and ordained and already in the mind of God but theres a time and a season for everything.

ok so i was blabbering on and on, lets link it all up. I believe tht God has great plans for each and everyone of us. Stuff tht he will reveal and will come to past but first we have to live a life of faith of obedience. A life tht actually lives for tht purpose. A life tht reminds us each day tht God will take us through this tht God is there when the going gets tough. i believe tht if God is for us, who can be against us? For greater is he who is us den he who is in the world! so we can all strive and believe God for the great things and purpose ahead! and work towards it of course!
